Can someone confirm the bulb size for the 9.5 Gen interior dome light? It is T10? And how many" LEDs would I need for the bulb be somewhat useful? 6? 10? The color I'm thinking is red. Planning to keep the map lights OEM so they will be useful, so I guess the dome light can be somewhat dim. And any wattage or volts info I need to be aware of?

Looking at ebay, they sell a lot of package deal but that's not what I want. I just want to replace the dome not. Not the map light, or other lights.

According to Philips, yes, that's the size.

Diode Dynamics carries a 194 LED board with 12 LED chips on it and can be specified with red colour. That should be enough light for you.

OEM map lights are pretty lame. The Philips 194 LED bulbs work wonders for map lights. Get them.

If you decide to replace the OEM bulbs in the map lights with single T10 194 LED bulbs (as opposed to LED boards that are flat), make sure you use bulbs that are not more than 27mm in total length. Anything longer than that will touch the cover and prevent the switch from operating properly. I've already tried...
