While at the dealer, involving my previous post on this forum, I overheard a service rep tell a customer there was a class action lawsuit on the rear brakes (for Accord ). He told a customer they should go to a website and register for a refund. Anybody know anything about this ? The website ?

I got my rear pads replaced about 1 year into my 07 ownership, which maybe they were the same pads as used on the 08 ? Last month I replaced again.
I've got a prior post on this.

The 7th Gen is not the same vehicle as the 8th Gen. The suit applies to the vehicle, not the brake pads that you purchase.
