Hello.
I drive a 2018 Accord LX. I am wondering how often I should get the throttle body cleaned.
The car has approximately 45k miles on it, and I got the throttle body cleaned at 32k miles. When should I get it cleaned next?

Usually this is not something that needs to be cleaned, but may be done as part of a "full service" engine tune-up or similar service.
Technically you would do it about every 75-100k miles. But only if you're in extreme driving conditions like very dusty environments.

Not needed and really not worth attempting on drive by wire vehicles. Once you do, then you have to worry about relearning the idle and a bunch of other crap.

Electrical throttle can adjust themselves. Not really going to need any cleaning unless as part of a disassembly or you notice a issue.
