Daylight is kind of useful  but if you're talking about DRL then there is no harm in leaving it on. What may not be necessary to you may be useful to other people on the road.

It's there for a reason.

Not mandatory in U.S.

The best way to turn it off is to pull its fuse in the fuse box on drivers side near your left foot.

Apparently to go to the local drive in, you can't have any lights on. If you can't turn them out, you have to wrap them with paper. I think that's ridiculous lol

For the Accord Coupe V6 LED DRL, they are only on when you put down the hand break. I wonder if that applies to other cars. I have never been in a drive in, but why would you have your car on in the first place?

I have not been to one in years but the last one I did go to they transmitted the movie sound over low watt fm and you listened to it over your car stereo they dont have the box you hang in your window anymore. There is not a drive in around here anymore though. I guess you could bring a battery powered fm radio.

Why would you want to disable your DRL? They are a major safety device. I have a 2000 Accord Coupe and I wish I had them on my car. The Canadian version had them but they couldn't be retrofitted.

Watch cars coming towards you and notice that those with DRL or have their headlights on are easier to see even on a clear day.

I would not buy a new car without them. Why not just disable your airbags?

DRL is very useful in parking garage that are dark even though it is sunny out.

It's for safety reasons.

Just to be able to tell that the car in front of you is in gear and has intentions of moving. And I think it's more for the safety of construction workers who stay on the road with the stop signs to be able to tell if that car is either parked or moving towards them.

Yeah that's true. You're not allowed to idle anyway, so you can't run the AC. The only thing that ****s is smokers can smoke in their cars, if one is next to you then you're stuck smelling it the whole time.

Thank you guys for all the answers, I will just keep them ON
If you don't like the brown color, replace it with LEDs. BUT you will lose your highbeams.

Which fuse is if by the foot I removed number two I think and it was still running. In the manual it said DRL and I removed that fuse, still ran idk gotta look at it again.
