if you want to keep it stock look then get all this device below and you will get more than what carplays offer.

hdmi converter( this one is better than amazon ): KAP TRADER

Apcast( if you want wireless mirroring such as airplay ) works on both android and apple products : KAP TRADER
over all cost should be around $400

or you can go with wired setup. ( if you want to wired setup then you dont need apcast.)

Hey buddy, how's wireless work, by bluetooth? Does it lag at all or is it pretty nice? I would love this as a substitute over Apple Play.

Also how is installation, pretty easy?
