Regarding the bug shield, anyone with past experience about removing this? I just want to know if this will cause any paint peeling if you try to remove like 5 years from now.

No. Hair dryer and dental floss and it should come right off. Same stuff that holds emblems on.

My custom guy installed an AVS bug shield today on my 2013 Accord Sport.

He removed two plugs on each side of the rubber seal under the front of the hood. The shield slipped between the rubber and hood and inserted four screws with rubber gaskets in their place.

Took 10 minutes. Looks great.

I installed one of these on my coupe last week. I took the whole rubber strip off to make it easier to line up, then snapped it back into place. It doesn't look as bad as I thought it would.
