I have a Kenwood DD that I'll be installing in the Cubby with the Honda Audio Attachment. I also have the Metra harness to keep the climate controls, but I'm not positive on how to install it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The trim plate was a direct fit for me. I didn't have to modify anything.
OP - You just have to wire the Metra harness just like any other radio install and unplug the radio from the stock radio and plug it in the Metra harness.
You will get annoyed the the factory radio is just there for the climate control only. I ended using and AUX adapter and ran the aftermarket radio through the factory aux input.
Your factory radio will still function. In my case, I can still use the 6 CD changer if I ever need to. I mainly use the aftermarket radio for video so when I need to I just set the factory radio to AUX.
^I've been searching a long time of someone doing it the AUX way. How did you power up your aftermarket radio? Did you just connect the 12v and the ground wires directly to the stock wires? or did you buy a new harness for it?
No there is absolutely no point in running a new headunit off the stock AUX. The sound quality will be exactly the same because it filters back in through the low powered stock HU.
Use the stock deck for a/c, your hand fits better down below anyways.
main reason why i want to run my JVC double din through the AUX is because i still wanna be able to use the 6 cd changer and the steering remote, while being able to watch DVD's and such.
