Miker, THANK YOU. I ordered the cover on Saturday. That was exactly what I needed. :notworthy

I tried Rockauto and local salvage yards, but they wanted to sell the entire mirror. All I needed was the cover.

New cover arrived.
Size and color are perfect but clips do not match up on back.
I have sent a question to Majestic including pictures of back of old and new to see what they can suggest.
