Duplicolor (Red) Brake calipers

Wow - what an easy job - all of 10 bucks for 900 degree Duplicolor brake caliper paint and caliper brake cleaner for the prep. Blue tape them off and spray em with 2 light coats, 10 min apart. The can says the heat of the caliper in operation will bake it on, it hardens nicely and fills in the porosity of the caliper too.

Looks good man... But red on red? Really? You don't think it'll be a little too much red? I might have gone for something like Yellow, or black... Make it like Ferrari or something... But it still looks good. Just my opinion.

Well, Red is the original sporty caliper color. After all, that's what I painted mine. ;-)

Did you spray them in place, or did you remove them for better access?

You should just slap some caliper covers on there to really fake the funk.

taped up and painted in place - they came out perfect - and I didn't want to spend more than 10 for the whole project when it worked well this way.
