My gf recently got an 07 accord coupe V6 and I really wanted to lower it but I can't find V6 springs anymore for the accord, years 2006-2007, Sedan or Coupe. I have the eibach pro-kit installed for my 2006 V6 sedan on my car now so I know they used to have or make them.

My question is can anyone find a set for the 2006-2007 V6 version anymore and/or can I use the 2006-2007 I4 springs on a V6 or should I purchase the 2003-2005 V6 springs and install them (would that be a problem)?

Looks like its discontinued. Definitely call people who have them listed up first before you order. Have them physically verify that they have it in stock and hold them to it

The only reason I chose eibach is for their million mile warranty

You don't need a million mile warranty on springs. I would buy Progress or H&R before Eibach any day.
