Besides Magnaflow is there another company that makes CBE for an 07 Accord V6 Sedan. I'm interested in the Greddy but I cannot find for a V6 sedan

You can use any exhaust made for the coupe on a sedan. You just have to tell the installer that they need to add a 3 inch extension onto the pipe to make it line up correctly. It's very simple and any shop can do it.
