Feedback on tires for G35 Rays on 8th gen coupe.

I had my tein street basis installed a few weeks ago and found a set of G35 Rays on craigslist for cheap. I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on tires but wanted to see about getting some feedback on the tire sizes I'm looking at. I plan on running them reverse staggered for functional purposes and was gonna go with 245/35/19's for the front and 235/35/19's in the back. The rim specs are F: 19x8.5 +33 and R : 19x8 +30. I am not interested in being super flush but to compensate for the thinner wheels in the back, I plan to add a 20mm spacer.

I'm maxed out on the Teins but as everyone knows, that doesn't mean I'm slammed by any means. I'd say I have a 1.5-2 finger gap on stock 17's.

I guess my questions are:

1. Will I have to roll my rear fenders with the 20mm spacer on a mild drop? I'd like to avoid that if possible.
2. Will putting the larger rims end up raising the car a bit? From what I understand, these tire sizes should run the wheels at close to oem specs (i think?)

I appreciate the help.

Gutsiest move I ever saw, man. And what "function" would that be?
It's a fwd car and not the first time this has been both done and discussed. Thanks for your feedback.
