I got it from a company called Hirevsports in Dallas area. Because its for a 2018 you have to drill new holes but thats easy.
The Honda HFP front underbody spoilers create a big gap in the middle and without what i like to call the catfish mouth on the 2018-2020 lip
it has huge bend. Dont think it would look right if didnt have the HFP Front pieces.

bad angle but can kind of see how lip slopes up.

your top picture of lip is cut off and I cant see them in bottom picture.

I know there is, just dont know exactly. I was only looking for sedan.
You just have to search the web, try different search phrases. even try on youtube if someone showing how to install they might have in comments where they got it from.
