Just noticed today that my Front side catalytic converter (in front of radiator) is smoking (white) after a few minutes of idling. It's not a lot of smoke for now just every 90 seconds there'll be a little puff of white smoke that immediately dissipates into the air. It's not a sweet smell (like warm brown sugar) so I don't think its coolant. I noticed that the top left bolt next to the O2 Sensor has some sort of liquid on it.

Is this an oil leak at the Front Cat Converter? And would I need a new gasket or a completely new Cat Converter?

Note: I just did a power steering fluid change and a Transmission Fluid Change

If you do not have a check engine light, the catalytic converter is fine. If exhaust is escaping between the head and cat, yes, it needs a new gasket. Possibly new bolt studs and nuts.

That's where your smoke is coming from. Whatever you dripped near there will burn off eventually.
I would keep an eye on it though. It could be the valve cover leaking oil onto the exhaust (my car did). If it is, then you should probably replace the valve cover gaskets.
