So I recently moved to a state that requires a front license plate to be mounted. My 2001 Honda Accord doesn't have holes for mounting in the front bumper. I would prefer not to drill any holes, but at the same time, I think using zip ties will not hold well.

What's the best way to mount a front license? What do I need to buy?

There is actually a mounting plate that comes with two clips and screws. The clips slide into a specific spot inside the front bumper grill, then the mounting plate slides over the clips, and everything is held together with a pair bolts. The license plate then is held in place to the mounting plate via screws.
