Once I receive the item, or my money back this post will be edited.

Currently started a dispute with paypal.

the phone is pretty in bad shape...and yes it is gsm i unlocked it and been using it with
att for almost a year it comes with charger and a 2gb memory card..it still work just a couple scratches on the button but none on the screen

How is the TL that you crashed? We still need pics. If you can post pics of the items you are selling from the future (12/4/10), you should be able to get us pics of the crashed TL from the past.

It seems he does respond to PMs, as he mentioned he was busy and was not able to ship the wheels over the weekend. However I have been have not received the tracking number for the shippment yet. I am wondering if we ban him from here I believe there will be no other modes of communication left.
