I have a 09 Auto V6 with 184,000 miles and I'm trying to find out if there is any maintenance items that I've missed as I just recently got the car. So far I've done the oil, 1x of 3x transmission fluid change, pcv, air filter, cabin filter and spark plugs. Alternator belt looks good and timing belt, water pump and components were changed with Gates 76k ago. I'm currently trying to tackle an issue with the car and was wondering what if any maintenance I'm missing. As for the TB I'm seeing that it is not recommended. However, does the IAC valve or maf sensor typically get cleaned?

Suggest that you also replace I-Vtech filter screens as they may be clogged, especially if you do not know the maintenance history, check engine and gearbox mounts for cracks, clean the 2 sensors upstream for the CATS, check the injectors for any partial clogging (usually a good run with a good quality cleaner for 2 tanks of fuel will sort this out), clean mass air flow sensor(s), do a brakefluid "refresh, look at condition of oil on steering rack if it is a hydraulic system and replace fluid if needed, would suggest that you do a compression chech to determine that all 6 cylinders are in same range (this would also indicate possible oil ring carbon which could have built up, always a good idea on a vehicle of this mileage (when you are a new owner) to do smoke test to check for any leaks on hoses etc

It sounds like a lot to do but it is fairly quick and inexpensive to do and provides great peace of mind

Also suggest that you use a scanner and id any fault codes stored

I-Vtech filter? First I've heard of that. I have a V6. Are you talking about the vvt solenoid filter? You mentioned cleaning the maf however can the iac be cleaned without causing an issue?

V6 does not have this.

This engine does not have an IAC valve.
