Hi everyone,

My 07 SE is making this weird grinding, screeching noise from the front passenger side wheel whenever the car is moving. It sounds like 2 pieces of metal coming into contact with one another.

When I apply the breaks, the noise stops (until I release the break and the annoiing noise starts again).

I haven't taken the wheel off or done any type of troubleshooting.

Any suggestions?

I suggest you take the wheel off and do some sort of troubleshooting...

My guess is you just need your brakes fixed.

Brake pads are worn out. The screeching is the wear indicator on the pads hitting the rotor.
