I have had my accord for 1 year 5 Months and 16 Days. (But who's counting)

During that span, My passanger side headlight, has burnt out twice while my drivers side has had no issue whatsoever and is going strong. The first time it wasn't an issue i figured it was just older than the other, because i bought the car with them in, now i dont know.

any help?

It's either luck of the draw, or perhaps the second bulb was fully seated and suffered vibration induced premature failure?

Tungsten element in the bulb is susceptable to breakage if the bulb is not seated securely in the housing and allowed to vibrate while the engine is running or when car hits a bump.

Vibration would do it. Also being exposed to the elements. i.e. having those 3 philips screws too loose... Ive blew through 3-4 before I realized my set screws were too loose. make sure they're snug!
