heys guys my name is robert. im 19. i drive a 07 accord ex sedan.

so far i have 12k hids and a aftermarket stereo.. [nothing much]

i have a set of tein s tech lowering springs and i need a little help installing them. i have researched and found this link
http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/showthread.php?t=37136&highlight=tein which is very helpful but i am lost when it comes to the rear struts and gettin them off.

any help would be greatly appreciated and if you have pics with illustrations you'll be rewarded. thanx :thmsup:

Which part confuses you? Where the bolts on the top hats are located? Or how to take them off once you unbolt everything?

Alright bro... i'll try to explain, forgive me if you're still confused after this. Okay, well if you open the door, and look at where your stereo is at. You will see a slot (you can't miss it) anyway, stick your car key into that slot and turn it. That will un-lock the back rest of the seat. Pull that down and your trunk will soon be exposed to you... if you look just above you there's a long plastic cover. Simply remove that, and you will then see the bolts to the struts on the corner.

1. Look for key slot near stereo.

2. Turn key to un-lock the seat.

3. Pull the seat down, now you can see the inside of your trunk.

4. Look for black plastic cover piece just above the seat.

5. Remove Plastic Cover and you'll see the bolts on the corner.

hey guys,

does that plastic piece cover pop out or are there screws holding it down? i was trying to remove it the other day to access the rear struts but it was stuck there pretty darn good. please advise with any special techniques on how to pop it out or where i can find the screws holding it down.

Naww... it just pops out! Grab it from the sides and pop up.
