I took my car to the dealer last month & they did a courtesy inspection & told me that the front engine mount needs to be replaced because it's cracked/& or broken.

Nothing else needs to be fixed.

I notice a loud humming sound especially when parallel parking the car or making a 180 degree turn...aranoid:

could this be the engine mount :dunno:

yes that would be the part, Majestic Honda sells it for $83.90 + shipping and handling.

As for the humming, that would most likely be your power steering, your pump may be bad.
