i'm installing DDM 6000k hids with a relay and every time i turn on my headlights both the driver and passenger headlight fuses keep blowing. Does anyone else have this problem and know of a solution.

You probably wired something incorrectly. My guess is that you didn't connect the car's wiring to the relay's coil properly.

try using a volt meter... its the easiest way to find out where you effed up.

It's for sure the wiring. Check your grounds as well.

35W or 55W? With 35W you shouldn't have a problem with fuses blowing.

hids are now working i stopped using the relay and they now work. so i'm guessing it was a bad relay. has anyone had any problems running 35w hids without the relay?

No, you just wired the relays incorrectly. A bad relay doesn't engage; it should never induce a short circuit and blow a fuse.
