Did I make a mistake? I thought I order HON03/PC-SON but got HOND03/PC-PIOX (http://www.pie.net/index.php?page=s...tegory_id=195&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=40), instead. Am I screwed up?

Yes you ordered the wrong thing. Has the item shipped yet? If not contact the seller and ask them to change it to the correct item.

It depends what you want to do with it. All Hondas after 2003 have the same 14-pin connector. If that is an aux input only, it is quite expensive compared to other products that offer aux in only.
