Ive plasti dipped my door handles 3 times now, and thanks to my in car guests the dip keeps peeling off. The reason is because i have no way of getting behind the door handle to spray it properly.

so i need help to remove the door handles so i can dip them properly then put them back on the car. thank you

Vinyl Wrap it. I thought about doing dip at first then thought about it peeling after a while do to hand rubbing onto the dip.

Wrapped mine back in April I think. And still sticks on there like from day one. Buy a sheet 12"x12" of vinyl from eBay. Bought mine for $5... Enough to cover bough sides. I have a coupe btw. You'll need to buy two if you have sedan

Yup, vinyl works great. You can get a whole roll on eBay for less than $20.

Inside door you will see plastic circle cover parallel with handle. Pop it out. One 10mm bolt pop off lock part and slide handle. All 4 door handles come off in about 30 seconds each. Reinstall is very easy also. Basically just reverse how u took off. If you have smart key there will be a plug to unhook on front doors!

If you have smart key you need to remove the front panels to unplug the door handle. The back is like stated above 30 seconds and there off. I wrapped mine but plan to get them painted.

Any one got info on removing door handles on a sedan? I'm guessing you have to remove the door panel.
