Help! When I turn steering wheel, car shakes, audio system turns off, lights flicker

I tried a search here on the forum and found the following for flickering lights:

My situation seems related but much more serious. I only have 10k miles on the car and this started happening today on my drive home.
Every time I turn my steering wheel all the lights flicker, the car shakes, and my iMid/audio system power cycles. I was able to get a video while getting into my garage:

FYI: AC/heat is off.

Wow! The new accords have electric power steering. So I could understand the lights dimming a little bit. But that is crazy. I want to say a cell in the battery might be messed up or the alternator isn't charging well. Get to the dealer ASAP.
Honda and their electrical problems... Yes, I just said that and I drive a coupe.

It should be okay after Halloween!
after watching the video, Im curious what happens if you have fan on full blast, with A/C on, defroster, map/ dome lights... basically everything On.

but take that to the dealership asap... unless its unsafe to drive, tow it and have Honda reimburse you.
There should be roadside assistance right in the warranty information booklet right?
This morning driving out it seems to be ok for the time being.
I'm going to take it to the dealer this weekend but I'm afraid they might start pointing fingers at the subwoofer I put in weeks ago or that glovebox light I put in as well.

how did you connect those mods? and check your mods electrical connections

Bingo!!! Funny how the OP didn't mention the mods in his first post.

The small powered sub is hooked up to the positive on the battery and negative hooked to a ground(bolt on back seat) as I have followed how quite a few members did here. The glove box light is just connected to a add a circuit to ACC. I did recheck everything last night and all the cables are good. No wiring was exposed. Everything was working fine for weeks. I guess that's kind of funny:dunno:
My $$$ is on that the electric power assist on the power steering is bad or possibly a bad clock spring in the column. I am leaning toward the former.

I would take your accessories out and see if it still does it. If it does get it to the dealer.

If you have your glovebox light wired into the accessory circut, is it possible its shorting out or there is a wire being tugged when you turn the wheel? If the accessory line shows zero volts (when its shorted/broken), it'll probably trigger a shutdown of other systems - as it'll think the key is turned to "off" instead of accessory/run/start

For the record, I don't have an accord, yet, so my advice/recommendation is based on experience with other cars.
how is the car without the sub and amp connected. Try that first and see what happens. Because the dealership will blame it on that
it shouldnt be due to the sub or lights as they dont draw to many amps, i think its the alternator or the battery get it checked out
As others have said - disconnect your add-ons and see if the problem returns or not. Last thing I'd want is the dealer digging through the electrical system when they don't need to.
I pulled out everything and the same thing happened when getting out of a parking spot. My car shook, stalled and the audio system turned off. I had to turn the car off and back on to move again. This is no good :-(.
Call dealer, insist they tow it back on Hondas dime.

That shit is wild.
Agree with everyone - take it to the dealer asap. Try not to take any turns while driving to the dealer.

Bring it back to the dealer as everyone says. When I went to look at and test drive EX Coupes they had multiple in the config I wanted, the first one they brought over the rep hops out and immediately says "I won't be selling you this car, there's something wrong with it." and proceeded to show me exactly the issues described in this thread. Hopefully it's just a battery issue because they also mentioned they needed to jump that particular car.
