Look at some of the video clips on youtube to help you decide the exhaust sound you want.
Yeah...buy a different car. You're not going to get much power without FI
Always go downhill or throw on a turbo.
More power will make your automatic transmission fail sooner. Don't buy any aftermarket parts and use the money to stay on top of the maintenance.
Since you can't make it fast, you may as well try to make it look fast.
As others have stated, you are not going to get great gains and a super car with that transmission or stock engine & components.

Honda recently changed the service interval on their transmission fluid change for this car to every 15k. It's a knowingly weak transmission and with all the reported problems was not built or designed for speed and power(insufficiently designed for what it is now).

That being said, if you are dead set on rebuilding this car into a much faster version, I have done a lot of research, and it is painfully expensive. So painfully expensive, unless you are looking to spend $10,000 just to get it ready to handle any significant gains, get another car to make fast, and DD this.
4cyl Accord = econo car

^This.
IMO, anything with an automatic isn't worth modding. By the time you've put all this engine work in, you'll be lucky if it's as fast as a 7G V6 auto. Do something aesthetically or save your money.
