i'm not too sure about how sizing works, but i'm looking at a set of rims from a hyundai genesis coupe with the following specs:

Bolt Pattern: 5 x 114.3

Front
Wheel Size: 18" x 7.5"
Wheel Offset: +35

Rear:
Wheel Size: 18" x 8"
Wheel Offset: +35

Tire Information
Brand: Bridgestone Potenza RE-92A 91V UTOG 260 A A

Size
Front: 225/45/VR-18
Rear: 245/45/VR-18

will these fit on my 7th gen? (03 V6 w/ stock suspension)

i will be searching as well, but this deal isn't gonna last so the quicker i can find or get an answer the better.. thx in advance guys :)

might need hub centric rings if holes are bigger. if they are smaller then you pretty much out of luck unless you run spacers

your front wheel will stick out almost an inch (23mm) inner side only gona go in 3mm
rear inner clearance from rim to strut gona be 9mm less then stock and will stick out 29mm. little more then an inch
if it fits it will look pretty good, more flush then it is now

The rear wheel is pretty large and may rub but it has a good offset so not sure on that. You'll want to be sure the center bore is correct. Eg; Nissan wheels will usually fit on a Honda due to larger center bore, but not the other way around. I wouldn't buy without actually test mounting.
