For anyone to respond to your post you will definitely need to add detailed information like, year, trim, was it being repaired, happened all of a sudden, etc… although they say a picture is worth a thousand word in this case it says nothing

You appear to have corrupted data possibly due to a gauge module issue. Take it to someone who can do diagnostics on it. It might be another module (eg the transmission control module) that is sending the wrong data to the gauge module. I think the gauge module is integrated into the instrument cluster electronics so there is no easy replacement if it is faulty. The whole cluster has to be replaced. I note your car has some very low miles so I'm guessing it will all be under warranty anyway.
