Does anyone know where I can get Center Caps for my 16" Winter Steel Rims. You know the little metal ones like I used to have on my early 2000 Civics.

I'm not sure the center caps for the alloys will fit the steel rims, IIRC the diamter of the opening on the steel rims is different.

Hey thanks for the link. I looked at that one the other day but can't find one that would fit a 16" Steel Rim.

Simply go to EBay. It might take 1 - 2 weeks but you should be able to find some center caps for a reasonable price! As I recall I got a set of 4 for about what 1 would have cost me at a dealer. But I guess various caps could be rare and carry a premium.
