Honda Link reboot issues

So I’ve only had my 2013 EX-L coupe w/navi for a couple days now and was wondering if anyone’s having the same issues I’m having. My Honda Link keeps rebooting itself and then I lose the front left speaker. I’ve already taken it back to the dealership and fortunately was able to reproduce the issues I’m having for them. It doesn’t matter if I’m in the navigation or trying to search music, the screen will go black and reboot and mute the front left speaker (the speaker where the voice comes out.) I can’t get sound back through the speaker till I change source. The dealership worked on it a couple hours and told me that I need a “software upgrade” already but I had to wait 2 weeks till it came out. Anyone else need a software upgrade yet or have similar issues? The problem seems to be getting worst and I’d hate to have to live with it for the next 2 weeks.
Any input, thoughts or help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

the dealer told you he'd have a fix in two weeks and you're wondering what you can do faster?

HUH?

patience.....you can't fix code with a wrench....
Same thing here. Turned voice to zero and has not happened since. Hope this helps

Well, I guess I’m trying to find out that if there is a “software update” required then there would be a lot of divers experiencing this issue. I’m sure, like with any update” it’ll resolve other possible issues too because they usually package many together. The dealers answer seemed like a “possible” solution in the future, not really what I wanted to hear.
I am experiencing the same issues with my new Accord. Mine reboots most often when trying to setup Speed Dials in the Phone section. I haven't had it reboot from the Navigation section yet.

DTG1015 - which voice option did you turn to 0? Just the Volume under System settings? or did you adjust other settings?

Any word on the software update?
Yeah, DTG1015 was right, just turn off the voice for now I guess. I went into diagnostic and discovered a ton of soft errors with a voice.exe filename. My dealership is aware and awaiting the software update. Hopefully this software update will fix a lot of issues, my new problem is the random “under-water w/high pitch” sound issue, which you have to reboot your car to fix, that I’ve read others are experiencing. I’m very let down with the system so far but I understand it’s a first year car and issues do happen.

I’ve read in other post that the software update should be out mid-February.
Under System, I turned the volume to zero. Hasn't happened since.

I have experienced 2 audio sysyem issues. First one is as described by Dumpy and the second was a strange one. The 8" screen said the audio system was off, when in fact it was on. I simply turned the car off and on in both cases and the problem went away. If anyone knows the proper name of the "pending" software fix, please share it. I would like to know what to tell my dealer when I take it in.
