I have experienced 2 audio sysyem issues. First one is as described by Dumpy and the second was a strange one. The 8" screen said the audio system was off, when in fact it was on. I simply turned the car off and on in both cases and the problem went away. If anyone knows the proper name of the "pending" software fix, please share it. I would like to know what to tell my dealer when I take it in.Yeah, DTG1015 was right, just turn off the voice for now I guess. I went into diagnostic and discovered a ton of soft errors with a voice.exe filename. My dealership is aware and awaiting the software update. Hopefully this software update will fix a lot of issues, my new problem is the random “under-water w/high pitch” sound issue, which you have to reboot your car to fix, that I’ve read others are experiencing. I’m very let down with the system so far but I understand it’s a first year car and issues do happen.
I’ve read in other post that the software update should be out mid-February.
