I don't seem to be able to access the latest service news. The procedure listed in post #148 doesn't seem to work any more. Is anyone else having the same problem??
Looks like they made some changes to the site, you will now have to load one of the installation PDF's (any model/year will do) to access the service news/TSB's.

I found on honda online website where you can download one of the installation pdf's and downloaded it, then, immediately went to open the june '11 service newsletter and still received the access denied message.
Any ideas?

Not sure what to tell you, once you load one of the eStore installation pdf's it should work.
Just now, I was able to get both June & July (using Firefox 6.0.2).

I use Firefox v6.0 and I adjusted the cookies to allow them all, and, that did the trick. Thanks...

I have been able to get all HSN bulletins (2006 - October 2011) except for July 2011. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I could obtain that one? I don't see November 2011 either.

Works for me (I have both July and November of 2011). Well, for whatever reason, I can't seem to get back in to see any of the HSN bulletins. Must have held my tongue just right the other day because I was able to get in and see pretty much everything.

You now need to open any one of the installation PDF's first, then you can get to the service bulletins. Basically, the web developer for the web site keeps trying to plug the security holes, but the Drive Accord people are just way too creative in finding new ones. If one of the DriveAccord forum administrators would point the opening page of this thread to the new instructions, that would be great.
