My '92 Wagon just hot 275k with no issues whatsoever. New tires/brakes will get done next month. I'm shooting for 500k on this car, believe it or not!
My '97 EX sedan has 262k and still looks and smells showroom new. Both cars are stone-stock with their original (non-rebuilt) engines. I wish they still made the wagons, though.

I think it is time for me to get rid of my 92 EX sedan. It has 208,000 miles and has been great until it was wrecked. Family member rear ended someone and the airbag did not deploy but the car lost all power. Had it repaired but now it seems like everything that could go wrong is now.

I attached some pics of it wrecked and repaired

Please create a thread on how you or previous owners maintained that transmission!
I can tell you what you DON'T do to a transmission. My husband ruined my original transmission by pretending my car was a stick shift and using the low gears to get going faster than when in D4. :furious:

It had to be replaced at 127,000 miles.

My '96 now has 249,000 miles and the trans is starting to slip a little... (so I'm looking for a new car and why I found this forum).

This really is THE BEST car to drive. :( I'm going to miss it.

My 96 Accord EX has around 204,000 miles and it still runs great other than a few minor inconveniences like my AC has a leak somewhere and I need a new ABS module.

Last week I sold my 1991 Accord after 12 happy years. It had 416,000 miles on the original engine and transmission; neither had ever been out of the car. It was still running nicely but was overdue on several items and I have lost my garage space, so I sold for $300 (it has rust and dents) to some guy who was extremely happy to get it.
