Plasti dipped the marker side of my headlight only with help from the wifey
Took me 10 min make sure you peel the blue tape off while still wet for a sharp line
Lets see how it holds up . I still gotta peel some around the headlight once it dries out
I just wanted to share some photos with you all, sorry i havent washed my car lol i only cleaned the headlights prior

you might want to pull the bulbs out. my buddy and I plasti dipped the side markers on his vw and the light still came through. looked like we nite shaded them but looked really nasty. they were 194 bulbs also and it still came through.
Thanks yeah i gotta wait till tonight to see how they look. Are they easy to remove
i wouldda done it up to the line on the headlight. you can get to the bulb from the inner fender, but its a bitch if you have large hands...
Im gonna try it tomorrow or tonight
Nasty orange peel. Vinyl is the way to do this and is probably even cheaper.

wha do you mean by orange peel

The texture of the PD, as seen in your photos, looks like the texture of the peel of an orange. Just like a cheap and lousy paint job looks.
Personally I would have tinted the reflectors vs. plasti dipped but you would have had to take apart the housing, which can be a pita.

Looks better but I still don't like it. The seam seems arbitrary - should have followed the curvature of the top/side. You could swing this in a white car but the matte against your glossy black stands out in a bad way.
thanks for the observation broda
why did you use plasti dip? You taped as if you were using real paint

what
its easy to remove with multiple coats. one or two lite coats isn't enough to come off easily. especially if you had all the grease off of whatever you sprayed. i did the whole front of my car in pd. like a lebra. but my lebra only cost me 6 dollars. ill post pics when i have time. did the light shine through?

Nice please post some pictures
nice accord bro !
did you install your fog lights, that will be my next mod
also what kind of rims do you have
yes i did install them. they are an aftermarket kit but all i did was cut out the template on the reverse side of the bumper. very simple and cheap upgrade. they are advanti racing wrapped in goodyear eagle ls2 tires. they r 18's.
