PCV Valve

I have a 2007 Accord V6 and i need to replace the PCV valve. Other than the valve itself, is there anything else that i need to purchase to do the job? Where is the PCV valve located on this model? Thanks in advance.

If there is fresh oil leaking out from there, what is that mean?!
I just took it out and wiped it from the outside not knowing what it is (just bought the car) but I will take it out again and clean it better, but if only gas suppose to be there, why is there fresh oil coming out?

If you'd look closely at the pictures, you'll see that there are couple of o-rings on the shaft body of the valve. Overtime the valve gets clogged up, rubber o-rings harden up and the excessive pressure in the engine is not being ventilated properly through the PCV valve as it is clogged, so the oil particles that's being sloshed around the engine are being pushed through the hardened rubber o-ring seals onto the surface. Replace the valve.
I replaced mine from dealer bought online for roughly about 30 bucks plus shipping.

Those rubber O rings are completely flat. That is why the oil is coming out
