As of late whenever my ignition is off keys in my hand my accessories still get power to them (radio, and car charger outlet) the a/c and windows will power off but the accessories no. There will be times when the acc will turn off with ignition but most times they don't. Anybody have any idea what might be causing this phenomena?

Well there are 4 positions: OFF, ACC, RUN, START.

In ACC, your windows and A/C won't come on. From what your explaining, it sounds like when you remove your key, the ignition is stuck in ACC still. Next time it happens, just insert your key enough to try to rotate the cylinder all the way to off to see if it "clicks" in to off and your accessories turn off.

Is there any noticeble wear and tear or damage to the ignition barrel or plastic around it? Could just be a bad ignition barrel that has worn down.
