2.0t Touring here. 417 miles.

Anyone experiencing mild jerking on acceleration at lower gears and with braking? Not the same as gears shifting jerk but more like the car shaking.

The only 10AT I tested was a Sport and I did in fact notice that going from a stop, there was some mild forward jerky motion (and I was not being aggressive with the accelerator). It felt like some sort of "gear finding" hesitation. It happened enough times to make me realize I never felt that in the buttery smooth 1.5T CVT I test drove earlier.

I didn't notice any jerky motion involving braking in any trim/engine combo. The 6MT was by far my favorite transmission - not so notchy, easy to live with, daily-drive friendly and I'm not even crazy about manuals.

not at all.
its pretty smooth.
only time I've really felt any shifting was when in ECON mode and hit the gas pretty hard.

but defiantly no jerky motion.

yes I experienced a sudden jerk while accelerating yesterday as well.

I believe the vehicle was in sport mode when this happened.

this was probably between gears 3 --> 4

Didnt happen again after this and I have driven a good 50-100 miles sine this happened.

I'm not that worried about it at this point but if it happened 2-3 more times I'd take it to the dealer.

Since that jerk error, I have passed the 600 mile break in point so I have begun really pushing the vehicle to its limit and all seems well.

I have a 2018 Touring 2.0T with about 600 miles on it (so past the break in period). I've also noticed occasionally jerking acceleration at lower speeds (e.g,. in a parking lot) using both Econ and Normal modes. I just experienced it again this evening in fact.

Touring 2.0T jerkiness

I have 2018 TOURING 2.0 with about 350 miles on it and I definitely get jerking when accelerating at low speeds. But it doesn't always happen. It feels to me like when I first learned to drive a stick (it has been a few years!) and I would sometimes let out the clutch too quickly. The car would buck and eventually settle down. My Accord is currently sitting at the dealer, who has told me that, so far at least, they can't find anything wrong with the transmission. I generally drive in normal mode.

Has anyone had the problem diagnosed or repaired?

Ours is very smooth, all the reviews of the car have noted the smoothness of the powertrain, something is wrong, take it to the dealer.

2.0L Sport 10AT, totally smooth. Seems like the problem is not systemic, but is affecting just a few people who have posted on the forum.

Every AT I've had in Hondas did the big jerk all the time, until the CVT.

Except when brand new, or for about a week after flushing the AT fluid.

I wouldn't want to hear that the new trannies are doing it, but I would not be shocked either.

I'm 7k into and still have the "jerking" worse in eco (to the point I don't use it) and sport
