Hey guys,

I am looking to upgrade my t10 LEDwhite single bulb to a strip for my EX-L. I want to find a strip light I can use without baking/opening up my headlight. I found these 2 options from JDM, anyone try these before? I am looking for the brightest option available. Seems to be a good alternative to v6/touring without DRL.

Any other suggestions for strip lights that are plug and play without baking?

I actually ordered the led set and had to return one of the strips because the wire solderings were loose and caused it to not work. The replacement piece had 3 lights out. Jdmtoys is a great company and I think I can chalk these up to poor handling.

I plan to get the flex tubing style from them, as it will be more durable. Both slide right through the socket through the wheel well, about a 15 min job.

I'm sure that they fit in both sedan and coupe headlights.

Here is how the flexible tube LED looks in an EX-L with LED fogs, LED switchback turn signals, and 5000K HID bulbs. pic was taken shortly after sunset.

Replaced a single t10 bulb LED that claimed to be "super bright" and this is a huge upgrade.

They look nice and bright! Did you unscrew your headlights like their online instructions say or did you just slip the LED strip right in? The website says the color is 6000k and your HID bulbs are 5000k? How's the light output match in real life, they look similar in your picture

My mistake, my HID's are 6000K and they compliment each other well! I didn't unscrew anything in the headlight , just pop off the plastic clip near the front tire and pull the plastic part back until I can see and reach the bulb input and slide it through.
