I am heading to Ontario and Quebec.
Will a encounter any problems because of blue leds for back up lights?

If they're back up lights, they are not on for that long so the chances of a cop spotting you is very little

I doubt most Ontario officers know the exact wording for the charge if there is one so they may just give u talk in the rare event u get pulled over for it.

You might have a problem. Cops in Eastern Ontario like to ticket you for impersonating a cop when you have illuminated blue lights on your car. Now, will they actually notice? Doubtful.

Snow plows and maintenance vehicules are operating flashing blue. Back up is steady.
8K HIDs for the front are blue and I have not heard of anybody having problems. My tag leds are white so I'm ok there.
