Couldnt wait any longer and decided to share some pics of the new love in my life :D Lowered it today with the Tein springs from my other car, and got to open it up on the way home from work when another car wanted to play. I love love love the 6-6!!!

Still have to get the HFP kit painted and installed, and also want to tint the front windows and add a CAI

DROOL......

I love that your window trim is black. No chrome looks clean.

Color matched mud guards and a blacked roof would be a classy look on your coupe.

PS: camera man is not bad!

Looks awesome man. CAI will make it sound awesome. I just installed one and the engine sounds like a racecar

But, should an Accord sound like a race car?

 Beautiful car, mc, now keep it for more than a month dayummit!

straight trade for my 2007??? :deal: :lmao:

Looks very nice. 7.5 gens have much cleaner lines than the older 7th gens. Side note; don't all coupes have black window trim? I never really paid attention to that.

Yes, from what I noticed all of the 7th generation coupes have black trim. If not all of them, at least the silver coupes do.

@OP I really love your car. Do you happen to know what percent the window tint in the back is? Also what state do you live in so I could make a decent suggestion for front window tint % ?

That is correct. The 7.5G coupes have black window trim and the sedans have chrome

Thanks guys. I'm totally loving the silver more than the black right now, and the spoiler-less look is really growing on me. After the body kit is on, I'll decide if I'm going to get one or leave it as is

camera man is not bad!
lol. I love taking pictures of cars, scenery, sunsets, etc. The third picture above is likely going on one of my walls along with others I've taken :)

Most likely I will. I have a new appreciation for this vehicle. As you said, the 7.5G 6-6 is something special :D

Not right now, but knowing my history, it'll be up for sale in two months. lol

I'm in AZ. The legal percentages here are 35 on the front and anything on the rest. The tint on the car right now looks 35. Its not as dark as it looks in the pics. Im gonna go with either 35 or 20 on the front, and redo the rest with limo

Sharp car!:notworthy

I really like the look from the Tein springs! I may be mistaken, but it looks like the rear tires are tilting inwards very slightly. Is that the case? I have Eibach springs on my car that the PO installed, and mine look the same way. I think the tires would have camber wear over time.

Yes, when dropped, the rear camber becomes even more negative. But I got a nice surprise the other day when I noticed this car had adjustable camber arms already installed, so I adjusted the camber to specifications. I won't have to worry about tire wear and it also helps the appearance of the back end, by bringing the tires out closer to the body

If you don't mind me asking, how much did that sexy girl cost you roughly?
$13k. Paid more than what I wanted, but no regrets. New tires, looks amazing, love the color, and it's a 7.5G 6-6 :)

Nice! I just ordered the Wicked camber kit for the back of mine, as it looked similar to your pictures, with negative camber. The pictures you posted were from before you adjusted the camber, right?

No that was after. Factory specifications for rear camber are -1.0 if I remember correctly, and thats where they're sitting. Before the alignment, one side was at -2.0. I forget what the other side was. So the wheels were tucked in even more. The rear wheels will always have a slight tilt inward; more so without a camber kit

THanks for clarifying! Makes me feel better, because mine does lean in some.. BUT funny that you mention one side leaning more.. The right rear on my car leans in more than the left rear. Once I get the arms installed, and aligned, I'll be much more comfortable knowing I'm not wearing out tires!

OEM specification for rear camber is -0.5 to -1.5 Running as low as -3 camber is fine in most situations and will not cause much uneven wear. A lot of folks believe that camber ruins tires prematurely, but in fact, that isn't always true. An unaligned toe setting will overly / unevenly wear out tires way before negative camber will. As the body lowers, camber naturally becomes more negative. This is not always a bad thing, to an extent, as a healthy amount of negative camber can extremely improve handling & cornering.

Just wanted to add...
