Ok, small update.
1st, I just noticed that there is a piece missing:
I'm gonna contact the seller and see what we can work out.
Next - the car has two additional features - on the underside, a battery compartment up top and a wind up spring on the rear axle (pull back, let go, and the car moves forward):

There seem to only be two sounds - one is engine revving and one is horn honking (both with headlights and taillights lit) - there seem to be 3 options to activate the electronics, the front axle has a momentary click switch (push down on the hood/car and you can hear/feel the click) and if you open either front door, that will also activate the lights/sounds...
Finally, notice any difference?
(A little hard to tell but I gave it a chrome delete with a sharpie... hahaha)
