Put new alternator in 09 accord still no start ,is there a stater solenoid

What are you talking about? A alternator does not start you car, also when you say no start does the car turn over or the car does nothing when you turn the key, you have to be more specific to Your question.
if your car does nothing when you turn your key you might wanna check your battery connection, has your car been sitting awhile, is your battery good being fully charged, these things you might wanna check.
now if your car is not turning over again make sure your battery is good, try jumpstarting it, maybe the starter is bad.
why did you put a new alternator to begin with?
what year car you have? Etc…
