P0420 is a catalyst below efficiency code. DO NOT clear it.
You are in the 8/80 catalyst warranty provided the car was first put into service later than January or February of 2003.
Bring it to a Honda dealer provided you're within the time limits, they should replace the cat for free as long as the car is in proper fuel control.
