My '13 v6 accord threw the error code. I would like to figure out what's happening. The bank-1 post-cat 02 sensor reading is funny. It is flat and then it spikes and then goes flat again. The sensor on bank1 does not produce the spikes. I took the measurement when the car was idling and warmed up.

The pre-cat sensors show currents very close to 0 mA.

This is one of the few cases where shotgunning parts isn't the worst thing. It's most likely either the cat or the O2 sensor, and if you need to replace the cat, you'll want new O2 sensors to go with it anyway, so it's not the worst thing to do.

The reason there are different part numbers is for a few reasons: there are bank 1 and bank 2 sensors and there are upstream and downstream sensors. IIRC, the two upstream sensors are the same and the two downstream sensors are the same, but the upstream and downstream are different.

There are also multiple catcons. Each bank has a catcon that is monitored by the O2 sensors, and then after both cats further downstream is a third cat that is not monitored by O2 sensors. In this case the 9th gen V6 does not have a PZEV variant, but if it did, there would be a CARB version of the cat as well.

The catalytic converter is also for bank 2 (front). Item #8 in the diagram

My only guess is that some of the part numbers are for CA emissions and for the other states.

I visually inspected wiring of the O2 sensors and I did not see any damage. After driving with an scan tool. I noticed that the Cat temperature reaches 1400F and the downstream sensors give very stable voltages (~0.55V). Naively, I assume that the converters and sensors are working properly.

I noticed that the EGR error goes to 99.2% when EGR command is 0%. I guess that's normal. However, the error is not that small when the EGR command is not 0%. I am not sure what to expect from EGR error.
