This answers my ? from the other forum ...thanks!Its vinyl, semi black/smoked. I had it done at the tint shop when the windows were tinted. Its a pretty thick vinyl too, not the kind you get off ebay. It was cut to the shape of the amber rectangle.
I didn't see the carbon fiber. Oh and chrome definitely does not flow better. If anything, color matched grill would've been awesome (if possible).Its carbon fiber vinyl. I dont know how you think chrome flows better with the front than this![]()

I concurLooks great! Only thing IMO is that the flat black grill doens't flow with the rest of the car.
i'm pretty sure coolblue07 did this too except with plastidipp =P good luck, i would do the same but i have a black car lolThink about going back to the tint guy and flat blacking the bottom of the lower bumper like this - the vinyl works well - also paint the inside of the tips for a more finished look:

He didnt have the taillight shade I needed so I didnt get it done. I had my tips painted on the 08, might do it again. I like the look of both setups, it doesnt look anymore complete with or without :wave:Think about going back to the tint guy and flat blacking the bottom of the lower bumper like this - the vinyl works well - also paint the inside of the tips for a more finished look:
