I am rotating my tires today. My question is about tires marked "Outside" without directional marking.
My Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season + tires are marked outside. Can I rotate them cross? Or is front to back required?
The tires have about 33,000 miles and are about 1/2 worn.

I have the same tires, and I'm doing the same thing today.

They are not directional, you can rotate them any way you want. I follow the owner's manual method, fronts directly to the rear, rear right to front left, rear left to front right.

+1 ^^ Rotate diagonally. Rear right to front left, rear left to front right. I watched this at Discount Tires several times on my car. Then have them Force Balanced.

Thanks!
I rotated them cross.

Rotate them the same way you did the previous 2-3 times.
I don't always rotate them myself. I have a shop near me that doesn't charge for rotations. I am pretty sure, that most of the time it's been front to rear...

I actually have the same Pirelli P7's on my accord, but on Prelude blades which are side-specific. How would you recommend I rotate my tires? I can't just do diagonals because the blades direction would get reversed. I was thinking just switch front and backs... is the benefit from diagonal rotation worth spending $60 to have the tires switched to the other rim? It may be worth mentioning I also have a 70,000 mile treadwear warranty from sams club as well.

You may be violating the warranty by not properly rotating the tires, swapping sides. Check with sam's club.

I am sure that front to back would be OK.
I wanted to make sure that I rotated cross once in a while because I drive the same route all the time, close to 50 miles a day. The same roads, the same ramps and the same turns, except for 2 or 3 round trips from Buffalo to Philadelphia, which is all nearly straight highway.
The only place I am seeing some wear inconsistent wear is on the edges of the fronts, which I assume is from taking exit ramps at speed. I thought that cross would help this.
I'm usually not rotating them more than at 7500 mile oil changes.
