I bought my 2011 Honda Accord EX for $10,995 USD back in May, 2018. It had 72,000 miles on it, and was in very good condition. Its original sticker price / MSRP back in 2011 was $24,305 USD. This car has been 100% trouble free, and a joy to own. It is current with all recalls and TSB's (as of July, 2021), and now has 88,000 miles on it.
I replaced the homely, stock Honda OEM 17" alloy wheels with Andros 17" Spec L alloy rims (split 5 spoke, black accent)
I had a local audio shop install a Helix P SIX DSP MK2 DSP amp, along with / JL 500W sub amp/10" JL driver w/ ducted enclosure (in trunk), and 4x Focal 165AS speakers +2 Focal tweeters (hidden in A pillars, where OEM tweeters were). Runs via high quality Bluetooth AptX-HD adapter thru AUX input ("hands-free" works 100% w/phone & GPS). Everything was balanced thru software at dealer (Q-values, delay, EQ, balance, phase, etc.). I use my OnePlus 8 Pro phone, w/Dolby Atmos ("Movie" and "Dynamic") for streaming playback - 320 kbps up to 1,411 kbps streams sound just phenomenal. Not deafening, "ricer" loud, but high-end, high quality loud. Bass is super clean, deep and tight. It is truly immersive. Everything is hidden, by the way. Looks bone stock.
I had minor 30% tint done on windshield, and 70% on the rest of the glass.
Original Honda OEM "Alabaster Silver" paint was fine when I bought the car, but 2 years ago I had a custom shop do a full body ceramic coat treatment - the car just glistens & gleams regardless of weather...but especially after rain.
I'm gonna hang on to this car for a long time.
