Some changes to the original items list listed in red as follows:
- Returned the PT0516 Platinum 0/1 AWG Power Ring Terminals (not needed)
- Returned one of the distribution blocks (running 4 awg ground direct from amps, don't need a 2nd dist block for that)
- Returned the Cadence wire which is CCA and got Knu OFC wire instead, and less of it. The Cadence is nothing more than copper heavily lined with aluminum.
- Returned the pack of 2 200a ANL fuses and got 125a, as that is the proper size for 0/1 splitting into two 4 awg runs. Upto 325a ANL can be used on a 0/1 power wire, but a 200a ANL for that is more than enough.
- Returned J/L battery terminal....to do the big 3, you need a terminal that accepts two 0/1 awg inputs and two 8 awg inputs
- Added a pack of 4 awg ring terminals
- Added another pack of 0/1 terminals
- Added a crimping tool

To give an idea on the quality of Knu Kolossus vs Cadence, the weight of all the Cadence wire in the original post was 11 lbs total, while the all the Knu wire pictured below was 17 lbs, and that's with having 12 ft LESS of the 4 gauge!

You've got a nice list going. Not the way I would have spent $2,1xx on audio, but hey...it's your money!

ACR-1 Remote mounting

Middle location didn't work, so I had to put the knob on the end and modify the plastic surround with a dremel tool to get it to fit.

All finished:

Box for W7 built to JL specs, now for some trim peices using 1/4" MDF

Ran out of the carpet I used on the box, so I had to use another type for the trim peices for now.

Fold down seats only to see more carpet! Stealth amp mount install FTW!

This system POUNDS and is CLEAR! Worth every penny. Big 3 upgrade can be seen in my sig. :thmsup:

Do it! A pair of Acoustic elegance, FI ib3 ,etc woofers will tear your car apart in the lower frequencies. It's insane how easily they can reach down into the teens with authority. The hard part is finding quality music that reaches down that low

I like the knob placement. Nice work

Car at dealer to fix warped rotors at only 22K miles. First the caliper slide pin issues on the 8th gens and now the premature rotor failure on the 9th gens.
At least it's covered under warranty.

Tech tells me that if the carpet was the same color that he would have thought the system was an OEM upgrade offered by Honda. He kept comenting on the install being so clean so I had him sit in the driver's seat and crank up the vol. The poor guy damn near shit himself.

Nice build.... It looks amazing and am pretty sure that it sounds good as well. Did you have issues with the mounting depth of the ID speakers on the front door? The speakers are like 3" deep, right and we only have like 2.7" to play with? And for the back panel did you have to widen the speaker holes as well? And did the tweeter hit the plastic panel when it was installed? Thank you
