hey guys, just a quick question, if i were to lower my car using tein s-tech springs, would i need a rear camber kit? from what i've been reading it would appear that i do, but i was told that i wouldn't need a camber kit with 17" or even 18" wheels. bigger wheels require a camber kit.. is that right?

also, i'm having some trouble finding one locally, and one shop said they can only get them for the 4 cyl models... i didn't know there was a difference..

so is it worth the hassle? or should i spend the money one something else (such as a set of TL-S sway bars?)

any help is appreciated, thx

Yes, you need a camber kit.

You still need a camber kit if you have large wheels paired with tires that end up with the same overall circumference as before.

Camber kit is available all over the internet.

well, the s tech don't put your car low enough that you would NEED a camber kit. it'll camber your wheels, but not that much BUT people do recommend it to prevent camber wear on the tire. i've gone 4 years without a camber kit and for like 1 1/2 years i ran s techs without a camber kit and tires were fine. i think the camber specs were like, -1.7 in the rear which was bad at all. you can get a set of wicked tuning rear camber kit from amazon for like, 85 bucks shipping. that's where i got mine. and there's not specific v6/4cyl camber kits. all the same.
