Depending what country you’re in, the lens is clear, so, it’ll just blink red or blink white inside the clear lens. Blinking white, people are just going to think your reverse lights are blinking. And as bright as these are, the white ones will probably get you pulled over. The white ones would be like shining a 1,000 lumen LED flashlight in someone’s face, everytime it blinks. The red, you could get away with, because some cars have red blinkers, and some have Amber. Mine are amber. That’s what stock is. But they’re stupid bright.
