Good news is that the black surround underneath is 1 single large piece held on by a few fasteners and can easily be swapped although it is a bit much trouble just for some reflectors. I'll pass.
1st picture is a Sport model without reflectors. There is a black strip of plastic that lines the entire black surround which is what prevents reflectors from being added.
2nd picture is a European model missing reflectors. You see the space made for the reflectors here.
